【レビュー】iPad Pro 10.5を購入した理由

iPad Pro 10.5　レビュー

 

今回iPad Pro10.5インチを購入しました。

同梱物はおなじみのアダプターとライトニングケーブルです。

Youtuberも紹介しているので同梱物の紹介は省略します。

購入理由

今現在でもminiシリーズでは最新機種ですが、発売が２０１５年と２年以上も前の機種です。

今回購入したのは２０１７年６月に発売されたiPad Pro 10.5インチSIMフリーモデルです。

普段ブログの更新はノートパソコンで更新しているのですが、スペック的にも一番下のモデルなので、Go proの動画編集（特に4K)ができないというのと、外出中にノートパソコンを持ち歩いていない場合やバッテリー切れの際にもすぐにブログを更新できればいいなと。。

それと同時に必要なものなのでApple pencil、smart keyboardも購入しました。

いろいろ調べていると簡単な動画処理、ブログ更新で使う分にはノートパソコンの代わりになるということだったので少しお金はかかってしまいましたが長い目でみるとメリットの方が多いと思いました。

というのも、実際ipad proをノートパソコン代わりに使いたいという方も少なくないようなのでそのレビューもかねて自分が実際に使ってみてどうなのかも随時追記していく予定ですので、こんなふうに使ってみてほしいというのがあればお気軽にコメント等いただければと思います。

容量は？

プライベートで個人的に使うわけではないので、今回は64GBにしました。

もしプライベートでも使いたいのであれば１２８GBの方がゲームや映画なども入れると思うのでおすすめです。

僕と同じようにブログや、youtubeに載せる簡単な動画用にしか使わないのであれば64GBでもいいのではないでしょうか。

とは言っても容量で迷う方、予算を気にしないのであれば１２８GBを購入しておけば間違いはないです。

この辺りはもう使う用途と予算での相談になってきます。

というのも、ブログ用の写真はデジカメで撮影し、デジカメからWifiでとばしているのブログに掲載した後はiPad本体から削除してもデジカメのSDカードにしっかり残っているので容量が厳しくなることは今後もないかと思います。

（余談ですがノートパソコンの容量もSSD128GBなのでかなり少ないため、外付けのSSDでバックアップもとっている感じです。）

 

カラーは？

今回は動画の編集もすることを考慮してスペースグレーにしました。

ベゼルの色を白にするか黒にするかで迷う方はかなりいます。

今回は作業のことを考えて深く考えずスペースグレーにしましたが、自分がゲーム用途にも使うし、電子書籍でも使うしとプライベートでガンガン使うのであれば迷っていたかもしれません。

ブログ用（仕事用の方含め）にしか使わないのであれば色は仕事の内容によって決めるとすぐ決まるかもしれません。

色についてはメリットデメリットもあるのでまたの機会にでも書いてみようかと思います。

 

Apple Pencil、smart keyboard

Smart Keyboard

みなさんがどのような仕事で使うかにもよりますが、ノートパソコンに近い使い方をするのであれば必須といえるアイテムです。

値段は19224円とかなり高いです。。

正式には

10.5インチiPad Pro用Smart Keyboard – 日本語（JIS）が商品名です。

USキーボードとJISキーボードがあるのでその辺りは好みでいいかと思います。

実際にこのスタンド部分にipadを乗せて使うのですが、これが便利なのはBluetoothキーボードではないところです。

なので充電もいりません。

そして

折りたたむとこんな感じでSmart coverの役目も果たしてくれるので一石二鳥のアイテムです。

一つ残念なのは色がこのチャコールグレーしかないという点です。

男性にはいいですが、女性目線で考えると白っぽい色もあったほうがいいんじゃないかな？と思いました。

このキーボードがあると画面にキーボードがでないため、文章入力や画面の視認性がとてもよくなりました。

Apple Pencil

 

あまり説明することもないとは思いますが、一応紹介しておきます。

付属品は

 

ライトニングケーブルとApple pencilをつなぐコネクター、

 

Apple Pencilの交換用のペン先です。

 

このペンがあれば紙とボールペンを持ち歩くことがほとんどなくなると思います。

大学生の方は教授がOKさえしてくれればタブレットをノート代わりにして授業を受けるなんて

こともできちゃいます。

もちろんpdf形式にして出力もできるので、ノート持ち込み可のテストには印刷して持っていくともできます。

その他には資格試験の勉強にもノート代わりに使えます。

教科書、ノート、筆箱、という荷物が教科書、iPad一式で済むのはとても楽だと思います。

またレポートもこのiPadでできるので大学生で、勉強用に使いたい方はもうiPad pro、keyboard、Apple Pencilさえあれば問題なくすみそうです。

また、画像やpdfファイルに直接書き込みもできるのでプレゼンで使いたい方、

プレゼン中に書き込みつつ話したい方には強い味方になってくれるのではないでしょうか？
